People who have unnecessary enemies and serious obstacles in life must worship the Goddess in order to be free from all pains, sins and other mental stresses. On this day, people wear red - a color that symbolizes courage, beauty and fearlessness.
Day 4: Royal Blue (Maa Kushmanda)
The fourth avatar of Nava Durga is the goddess Kushmanda. Ku means small or little, Ushma means energy, Anda means cosmic egg. Here the whole universe is depicted as per the cosmic egg, and Maa Kushmanda is believed to end the darkness together with her divine and sacred smile. Royal blue stands for strong health and well-being. On this day, great importance is attached to the goddess Kushmanda, and it is believed that she blesses Mother Earth with good health.
Day 5: Yellow (Maa Skandamata)
The fifth day of Navratri is dedicated to the worship of the fifth form of Nava Durga - Maa Skandamata. It is believed that she rewards devotees and believers with redemption, power, riches, and prosperity. Yellow is the color of the day and represents the happiness and brightness of life.
Day 6: Green (Maa Katyayani)
Maa Katyayani is the Nava Durga's sixth manifestation. She is believed to offers harmony and peace in married life. She can be seen holding a lotus stem and a sword in her right hand riding on a lion. Green is the color of the sixth day and it represents a new beginning and new growth.
Day 7: Grey (Maa Kaalratri)
The seventh form of Nava Durga is known as the Maa Kalaratri. It is considered the fiercest incarnation of Nava Durga and is famous for eradicating ignorance and removing darkness from the universe. The color of that day is grey, which indicates a phase of human transformation.
Day 8: Purple (Maa Mahagauri)
The eighth manifestation of the goddess Durga is called Mahagauri.. The goddess Mahagauri has the power to fulfil all the wishes of her devotees. One who worships the goddess gets relief from all the anxieties of life. Wearing purple on this day means peace and tranquility.
Day 9: Peacock Green (Maa Siddhidatri)
The 9th form of Navadurga is known as Goddess Siddhidhatri and is also the original form of Maa Parvati. She possesses eight mystic powers known as siddhis. These abilities are Anima, Mahima, Garima, Laghima, Prapti, Prakambya, Ishitva, and Vashitva.  The ninth day is called Navami and is the last day of the Navaratri festival. The peacock green is the color of the last day of Navratri, it indicates peace and mind.
